Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup with California Pistachios

Instructions
  1. Combine all Pistachio Cream ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adjusting amount of water to desired consistency. Set aside. 将所有开心果奶油的配料放入料理机中搅打均匀,根据需要调整水量至理想的浓度,搁置备用。
  2. Place butter and oil in a soup pot over medium heat. When butter is melted, add sliced carrots, and onion, ; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened, about 6 – 8 minutes. Add Chinese five-spice and salt. Stir in stock, water, grated ginger, and lemon zest. Reduce heat; simmer until carrots are softened, about 15 minutes.   1. In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Set aside. 在一个中号碗中,将所有酱料混合。搁置备用。
  2. In a food processor, process shrimp and seasoning ingredients until just finely chopped. Place in a bowl and add chopped pistachios. 用食物料理机将虾和调味料加工成细腻的虾蓉。把虾蓉放在一个碗中,加入开心果碎。
  3. In a medium bowl, combine coating ingredients. 在一个中号碗中,混合裹粉材料。
  4. Form shrimp mousse into small balls (about 1-1/4-inch / 3 cm diameter). Evenly coat with coating mix. Deep-fry in hot oil over medium heat, turning occasionally. When shrimp balls begin to float, continue to cook for 1-1/2 minutes. Turn occasionally to brown evenly. Instructions
  1. Combine all Pistachio Cream ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adjusting amount of water to a pancake batter consistency. Set aside. 将所有开心果酱的成分放入搅拌机中搅至顺滑,根据需要加入水以达到松饼糊的浓稠度,搁置备用。
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. 将调料汁的成分混合在一个小碗中,搁置备用。
  3. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Place noodles in a large bowl. Add sauce; toss to mix well. 按照包装说明煮面条。捞出面条,用冷水冲洗并再次沥干。将面条放入一个大碗中,加入调料汁,拌匀。
