Fruit Rolls in Rice Paper
Ingredients

cooked medium grain rice

tablespoons
coconut milk
4
sheets
Vietnamese rice paper

kiwi fruit
peeled and sliced
1
yellow peach or nectarine
pitted and sliced
Instructions
In a bowl, combine warm, cooked rice with coconut milk. Set aside.
Wet one piece of rice paper.
Place kiwi slices and nectarine slices on rice paper. Top with 2 tablespoons rice. Fold sides in and roll up to wrap.
